We have conducted a range of reviews and investigations for public sector agencies including privacy breaches, bullying complaints, protected disclosures and reviews of organisational culture. The reviews surface root causes for the issues under investigation, identify lessons learnt and make recommendations for improving the handling of similar issues in the future.

Facilitation - Strategic Planning Sessions, Design
RDC Group supports its clients with strategic planning advice and the design and facilitation of effective strategic leadership team retreats. We undertake reviews of operating models including current state analysis and structure reviews and make recommendations on change and delivery mechanisms that support best practice. Using continuous improvement, BPR and Lean methodologies we ensure an ongoing focus on increasing efficiency and value. RDC Group provides advice to Chief Executives on senior leader professional development and performance.

Strategy & Policy
We specialise in organisational reviews and providing advice to Chief Executives on organisational strategy and performance. We’ve also worked with large policy teams and led the development of new policy proposals, including Machinery of Government changes for Ministers.

Organisational Design & Change Management
RDC Group can help develop new Operating Models including the assessment of culture change required to embed new ways of working. Our strengths are in designing and implementing significant change programmes. We also design community and other stakeholder engagement and communications strategies to inform and support change.

Assurance, Risk & Inquiries
RDC Group has led numerous sensitive inquiries and investigations involving allegations of fraud and/or beaches of integrity and ethics. We advise on the establishment of Risk and Audit Committees and on how these can best operate to provide effective assurance and risk management. Assignments include reviewing problematic project implementations to identify causes and remediation actions.

Communications and Stakeholder Management
RDC Group can provide strategic and operational communications advice. We have developed approaches and advised on responses to critical incidents including major frauds and service failure.
